Team Information for Fall Season

Schedule of upcoming events for DGSXC:

7/19: Team gear shop is open from 7/19-7/31. You may purchase any apparel online between those dates. We should receive the apparel 3 weeks after closing date. As always, there is no obligation to buy.

7/29: DGS Cross Country annual Alumni race. Meet at O'Brien Park at 5:30 pm. Race begins at 6:30 and will likely be followed by some ultimate frisbee.

7/30 - 8/9: Blackout/Non-contact period. Team leaders will manage practices instead of coaching staff. 

8/10: CC season begins! Practice at 7:15 am on outdoor track. you must be registered and have updated physical. Will contest the 3k time trial. Morning practices until 8/22

8/16: Meet the Team night in Cafetorium in the evening. 

8/19: Team picture at 9:40 a.m. after morning practice

8/22: Practices M-F switch to 3:30 pm

8/29: First day of school and first meet at O'Brien Park
