Monday 3/26: Distance & 10 sec hill sprints (5-9)

Hurdles and SAM

Tuesday 3/27: easy run (4-8)

Wednesday 3/28: 5-7 mile progression run plus cooldown

Thursday 3/29: recovery run (4-8)

Friday 3/30: warmup 5x (5x100 relay) cooldown

Saturday 3/31: LONG RUN @ Waterfall Glen

Sunday 4/1: Easy recovery or off
